Boot Camp is an hour long class that combines interval training and recovery while focusing on strength, flexibility, balance and cardio. Everyone from beginner to advanced athletes can benefit from this unique boot camp program.
Cardio Kick is a fun upbeat class with energetic music. An hour class which begins with a warm up and ends with a stretching and cool down period. In between we mix punches, jabs and kicks to raise our heart rates and focus on form. All fitness levels are welcome, and the class can be modified for all participants.
