Boot Camp:
Twelve week Boot Camp sessions are offered two ways:
$150
$10 walk-in per class
You may take Boot Camp classes at any time they are scheduled and as often as you wish during the twelve week session. Ten classes offered each week.

Interval training including warm up and cool down about an hour. All levels.

An hour class which begins with a warm up and ends with a stretching and cool down period. In between we mix punches, jabs and kicks to raise our heart rates and focus on form. All fitness levels are welcome, and the class can be modified for all participants.

Toning
Saturday @ 9:30AM

Thirty minute dumbbell and core workout ending with a few minutes of stretching. Beginners welcome.
